Crafter.ai (2019-2023)

Crafter.ai is a no-code platform, built by Athics, for building, training and deploying AI powered chatbots. Users can teach a bot through document uploads, Q&A pairs and a visual flow designer, keep an eye on misses and conflicts to sharpen its knowledge base, and track performance through a full analytics dashboard with conversations, misses, handovers and Sankey flows. Published bots can be embedded on any website with a simple script tag, or connected to Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook and Microsoft Teams. I designed the UI/UX and coded the frontend of the whole product.
